Shanghai Gongmin Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and is a seasoned textile company specialising in sponge sofa cushions, chair pads, and various other seating cushion products. With over 20 years of industry experience, we are committed to providing our customers with a complete one-stop service, covering everything from design and production to sales and operations.

We own and operate our own modern production facility, giving us full in-house capabilities for product development and manufacturing. All of our products are designed, produced, and quality-controlled by our own team. Thanks to our robust in-house supply chain, we are able to offer highly flexible personalised customisation services, meeting a wide range of requirements in terms of size, density, fabric, and shape.

Important notes for custom products

Vacuum-Packed Delivery. Our products are vacuum-packed for shipping. Upon arrival, the size may appear slightly smaller than expected. Simply unpack the cushion and leave it for a few days – it will gradually return to its intended size. You may use it as normal during this recovery period.

Surface Yellowing of Sponge. The surface of the sponge may turn slightly yellow when exposed to air. Please be assured that this affects only the appearance – the quality, comfort, and durability of the product remain unchanged.

Minor Colour Differences in Fabric. Due to variations between production batches, there may be slight colour differences in the fabric. We make every effort to ensure that all items within the same order come from the same batch to maintain colour consistency.

Size Tolerance. Please allow a tolerance of approximately ±0.5 cm in product dimensions due to the manufacturing process.
